Not too much to say  here. The clock utilizes a single DC power source with two outputs. The logic circuits run on 12 volts and the impulse coils run on 48 volts. The impulse coils draw approximately .1 amps and the logic circuits draw about the same at 12 volts. The lasers operate on 5 volts DC and each has its own transformer. The laser diodes are high quality focused 6 Mw spot laser diodes operating at the 635nm wavelength with a Collimated Beam. They draw 100 ma current. They are only 45 mm long and 12 mm in diameter.
